For long-term rentals (minimum 1 month)
- Single-group heat-exchanger coffee machine rental fee: 1,000 HUF / day + VAT
- Double-group heat-exchanger coffee machine rental fee: 1,000 HUF / day + VAT
- Coffee grinder rental fee: 500 HUF / day + VAT
- Spring-lever coffee machine rental: 50,000 HUF / month (exclusively for contracted partners!)
- Mahlkönig K30 coffee grinder rental: 500 HUF / day
For short-term rentals
- Coffee machine rental fee for 1 day: 10,000 HUF / day + VAT
- Coffee machine rental fee for 1 week: 20,000 HUF / week + VAT
- Grinder rental fee for 1 day: 5,000 HUF / day + VAT
- Grinder rental fee for 1 week: 10,000 HUF / week + VAT
For short-term rentals, a security deposit is always required, the amount of which depends on the type of machine selected!
The coffee machines have their own water tanks and do not require network connection. Machines must only be operated with soft or distilled water!
The coffee machine and grinder are handed over with photos taken from all angles; their condition is documented in writing and in images, and they must be returned in the same condition!
Any damages resulting from improper use (e.g., scratched panels, broken casing, lost accessories, water damage, etc.) are the full financial responsibility of the Renter.
Our sales representative will inform the Renter at handover about the correct use and installation of the coffee machine, which the Renter acknowledges and accepts by signing the Rental Agreement.
